The Culture Train will run for the last time in its 10th season on Sunday, December 28, 2025. There will be no cultural program on Monday, December 22, 2025.

Experience a cultural train ride
The Culture Train offers an entertaining train journey with lots of culture on board as it heads for Poland’s third largest city, which could hardly be more culturally rich. From readings, concerts, karaoke or language courses to club nights: the diverse and multilingual cultural program offers something for everyone! This makes travelling with the Culture Train a memorable experience in more ways than one: on one hand, you can travel to the European Capital of Culture 2016 for a maximum of € 27.00, and on the other hand, due to the exquisite program during the journey you will definitely not get bored. The Culture Train travels from Berlin to Wrocław on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning and back again on Friday evening and Sunday afternoon.

The Culture Train runs again from April 11, 2025 every weekend until Sunday, December 28, 2025!
- Tickets for the Culture Train are now available online and at DB ticket machines, DB travel centers and DB agencies.
- We recommend a seat reservation, as this is the only way to guarantee a seat in carriage 1, where the cultural program takes place. Seat reservations are available three months in advance for € 5.20 at DB Travel Centers or DB agencies. Coach 2 of the Culture Train is reservation-free.

Culture Train Berlin-Poznań-Warszawa
Proven concept, new route: the success of the Berlin-Wrocław Culture Train, which has been connecting the two cities on a weekly basis since 2016, led to the idea of offering this format on the Berlin-Poznań-Warszawa route as well. Under the motto “Moving cities”, a multilingual cultural program took place for the first time on board the Eurocity from Berlin via Poznań to Warsaw and back from 11 to 16 February 2025. On six selected journeys, readings, concerts, dance, talks, performances, workshops and much more was presented in a specially attached culture carriage. Find out more about it here.
