The Berlin anniversary programme <\/span>celebrating<\/span> \u201c25 Years of <\/span>Twin Cities<\/span> Windhoek \u2013 Berlin\u201d is being curated and organised by Kulturprojekte Berlin, on the initiative of and in <\/span>collaboration<\/span> with the Governing Mayor of Berlin \u2013 Senate Chancellery<\/span>,<\/span> as well as <\/span>a large number of<\/span> partners. The programme in Windhoek<\/span> is taking place in cooperation with the City of Windhoek, the Namibia Institute for <\/span>Democracy<\/span> and the Creative Industry Institute Africa.
